AGRICET 2025: The Acharya NG Ranga Agricultural University started the AGRICET 2025 application form on July 11 at angrau.ac.in. Candidates should fill and submit the AGRICET 2025 registration form till July 26. The AGRICET 2025 registrations will late fee will be started on July 27, with a deadline of July 29. The last date to send hard copies of the AGRICET 2025 application form to the convener is August 5. Agriculture Common Entrance Test (AGRICET) is conducted by Acharya N.G Agricultural University (ANGRAU). Applicants with diplomas in agriculture, seed technology, and organic farming are invited to apply for admission to the four-year BSc Agriculture (Hons) Degree Programme. AGRICET is an online state-level entrance exam. Entrance test duration is one hour and thirty minutes, with 120 questions on the paper. Every question is objective type (multiple choice) only and carries one mark. The question paper is in Telugu medium.

Candidates should have passed two-year Diploma in Agriculture / Seed Technology / Organic Farming from ANGRAU. Those who are going to complete the diploma requirements in 2024-25 academic year can also apply. Candidates should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December, 2025 with an upper age limit 22 years for all the candidates and 25 years in respect of S.C, S.T and 27 years in respect of PH candidates.

The university started the AGRICET 2025 registration process on July 11. Students will be able to fill and submit the AGRICET application form 2025 till July 26. The university offers admissions into four years B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture Degree Programme through a computer based test AGRICET 2025 for the academic year 2025-26.
List of documents to be attached with the hard copy of online application:
1. Hard copy of online submitted Application form.
2. Proof of Age (Birth certificate/Xerox copy of SSC certificate).
3. Attested copy of the marks statement of SSC.
4. Marks memorandum cum pass certificate of Diploma Course (or) Course Completion Certificate of Diploma issued by the Principal of the Polytechnic.

First, candidates had to pay the application fee via online mode via credit card/ debit card/ net banking. For this, candidates had to fill in the basic details such as diploma id number, candidate's name, date of birth, mobile number, email id, category and payment type. Note: Once payment was made, it could not be refunded under any circumstances, hence, the candidates had to ensure that he/she fulfils the specified eligibility criteria before submitting the online application for counselling.

The exam pattern for AGRICET includes aspects such as the mode of examination, duration, and the types of questions asked. According to the AGRICET exam pattern, the examination will be held in online mode for a duration of 1 hr. 30 minutes. The AGRICET 2025 question paper includes multiple choice questions (MCQs).
The applied candidates will be able to download AGRICET admit card 2025 from August 9 to 14, by visiting the official website. The AGRICET hall ticket can be downloaded by entering the login credentials of the applicant from the university website - angrau.ac.in with respective diploma specialization (Agriculture/Seed Technology/Organic Farming), with indicated entrance test centres.
The AGRICET 2025 hall ticket must be presented at the examination hall, if fail to submit the candidate will not be allowed for the test (if the photograph/signature is missing or blurred or invisible on hall ticket, paste your coloured passport size photograph & sign in prescribed area duly attested by authoritative officer with seal and a xerox copy of the same hall ticket is to be handed over to the invigilator).
The AGRICET 2025 admit card clearly states the items permitted to be carried and that they are not permitted to carry anything else. Mobile phones will be deposited at the designated location, to be collected after the exam.
The merit list of the candidates will be displayed on the university website - angrau.ac.in and the eligible candidates shall be informed about the counselling date though the university website only.
For the preparation of AGRICET 2025 merit list, in case of more than one student securing the same combined score obtained, the tie shall be resolved to decide the relative ranking by successively considering the following.
I. The total marks /OGPA obtained in diploma
II. SSC overall grade point or marks percentage
III. If the tie still persists, the date of birth of the concerned candidates, the older being given preference over the younger.
The qualifying percentage of marks for the AGRICET 2025 is 25 % (30 marks out of 120 marks) of the maximum marks considered for ranking. However, for candidates belonging to SC and ST, no minimum qualifying marks are prescribed. But their admission will be limited to the extent of seats reserved for such categories.
Note: Candidates are informed that submission of hardcopy of AGRICET ONLINE application along with the necessary documents is mandatory, without which he/she will not be eligible for the counselling process.
Students qualified in the AGRICET exam 2025 should appear for the counselling process to finalise their admission. Candidates who are mentioned in the merit list need to participate in the AGRICET 2025 counselling. Students should submit all the required documents for verification and pay the admission fee to finalise their admission.
