With rank of 1428 you have high chances of getting 1)EE cut off goes around 2000 ,2)civil, mechanical and biotech cut off goes around 3000 for ECE you are almost on borderline of getting/not getting ECE as cut off goes around 1500 acc to previous years cut off analysis , which might change from year to year depending upon current years merit , no of students opting having ranks before you etc. 

Well pes university is quite reputed when it comes to cse so cse branch faces quite a stiff competition in pes, with 2477 rank you might not have a chance to get cse at pes as according to previous years cut off analysis cut off rank for cse goes between 800-900,other branches you can get are civil and biotech.

Usually they stop taking students for admission after 3k rank in the final round. But it depends on the number of studens who appeared for the exam and as well as the difficulty of the paper. So you can still give it a try.

Hey sorry you can't get admission in pessat as rank is very low . Hence to get admission in pessat you need to have rank under 400 . Then you ll be able to make it up to pessat . If you ate trying to do  btech from pessat your rank is low .

Since PESSAT provide a good concession for the toppers of the competetive exam and in order to get a concession you must be in the category A with a annual fees of 90k 

Hope you get in Type A category 

Further more you can get 30% back if are in the top 20% in your department 

High possibility of getting ECE in Main Campus

possibility of getting CSE in EC campus or South Campus is high

Manish, it is very difficult for you to get CSE branch in PES University through PESSAT results.

Normally the cut-off for this branch is around 850 to 900 in 2nd round which is the final round.

Hence, you should try for other branches in PES, or try for CSE in other colleges.
