Congratulations on this huge feat. This is an amazing rank and I can imagine the hard work and efforts that you put in. You can get CSE in PES University, and the fee structure varies with CET Quota and PES Quota . 

As you mentioned your rank wrt PES,I would mention first PES fee structure. It is Rs.3,20,000/annnum

And through CET it is Rs.45,600/annum.

First of all congratulations for scoring well.Now according to your question by comparing the rank obtained by you according to the rank vs cutoff from previous years this is what i can say

For CS branch the cut-off is around 850 to 900(In 2nd round which is the final round)

For EC it’s about 1500 (2nd round)

For EE it’s around 2000(2nd round)

And it goes up to 3000 for all the other streams like civil,mechanical and biotech.

Ashish, it seems really difficult for you to get admission in PES University.

Usually they stop taking students for admission after 3k rank in the final round. But it depends on the number of studens who appeared for the exam and as well as the difficulty of the paper. So you can still give it a try.

I am really sorry but the rank is not up to the mark, you have a almost no chance of getting computer science in PES. However, don't be upset. Keep searching for other options. However, wait for counseling, the process can be really unpredictable.

As per your achieved rank 4695, you can not get ECE branch as your rank is too high in comparison to the cutoff rank on the basis of previous years cutoff. Cutoffs do change every year and also we can't predict and say confidently but it seems quite difficult for you to get ECE on your achieved rank. Sorry, but you can try somewhere else.

Taking into consideration previous year cutoff trends, difficulty level of pessat and no of students appearing in Entrance Test the cse cut off is predicted to be first 800 rank. Since your rank is 365 you have very good chances of getting cse in main campus.
