Prajwal, depending on your rank, you might have a chance of getting EE branch.

Other than that, you can definitely get all the other branches which includes Civil, Mechanical, BioTech etc. But it depends on the number of students who appeared for the exam and as well as the difficulty of the paper.

Well ece is quite a popular branch at pes and faces as much stiff competition as cse does from all over india , with a rank of 1645 you are on borderline of getting/not getting ece as cut off rank for round one generally goes upto 1500 for 1st round and for 2nd round it goes upto 1599-1700 (according to previous years analysis) so you might or might not get ece at pes depending upon current years merit list no of students opting for ece etc, though with this rank you can get branches like ee,me,civil.

The first round cutoff for cse in pessat was 920 in 2018 and ece was 1500 . So you can imagine how tough it is to secure a desired branch like cse with a rank of 3300 in the first round allocation . Candidates are competing for admission to 3300 seats in PES university.  

But you can  get branches like Biotechnology,  civil or mechanical with this rank by the second or last round .

Well since pes university is quite reputed when it comes to cse , cut off ranks according to previous years analysis for cse generally range between 800-900 in round 1 and go max to max upto 1000-1200 in round 2, with 2126 rank chances of getting cse are very low  , with 2126 rank you cant get branches like civil, mechanical, biotech.

No matter how high you score in your PESSAT 2019,there would be no reductions in the fee in the form of scholarships,or any other means.At  PES, they recognize and honor only those students with scholarships who showcase their merit after joining and not before that.If a  student is among the top 20% of his/her class in terms of CGPA for a particular academic year, then he/she will get a tuition fee waiver of 30% for the next academic year of study. Rs.8 crore per annum in merit scholarships given to students.Hope this solves your query!

With 1452 rank it seems your chances are very less for getting cse in pes university and there is alsp no women reservation in pes university.

With 1452 your chances for high for getting ece and ee.
