For different category the application fees for IIT JAM is different. As you have nt mentioned your category. Here is the list of application fees for different category.
General/ OBC Rs. 1500 for one subject and Rs.2100 for two subjects and
SC/ST/PwD, Female (all categories) Rs. 750 for one subject and Rs. 1050 for two subjects. IISc Bangalore will conduct the JAM 2021 examination on February 14 in computer based mode. The counselling of IIT JAM 2021 will be started with the release of the admission forms from April 15, 2021. The last date of filling and submitting JAM admission form 2021 will be April 28.

The eligibility for JAM Exam is that candidates must have a bachelor's degree as qualifying examination degree.Another criteria also says that The qualifying examination must be passed with minimum 55% aggregate marks or 5.5 out of 10 (in all subjects including Languages and Subsidiaries, all years combined) without rounding off.

Banaras Hindu University Postgraduate Entrance Test (BHU PET) is a university-level exam, which is conducted for candidates who want to take admission in post-graduation courses offered by colleges of Banaras Hindu University (BHU).

Yes, you appear for IIT JAM in two papers provided you must fulfill the eligibility criteria of the respective courses. The eligibility criteria is that you must have passed bachelor's degree in relevant discipline with minimum 55% aggregate marks or 5.5 CGPA on a 10 point scale if you belong to general category/OBC and if you belong to SC/ST/PWD you need to score minimum 50% aggregate marks or 5.0 CGPA on a 10 point scale from a recognised board. The application fee for one paper is RS. 750 for SC/ST/PWD and all female candidates for 2 papers it is RS. 1050. For all others the application fee for one paper is RS. 1500 and for two papers it is Rs. 2100.

The eligibility criteria to get admission in M.Sc Mathematics through M.Sc Mathematics is that a candidate must have passed bachelor's degree and must have studied Mathematics for at least two years/four semesters of the course duration from a recognized board. General category candidate must score minimum 55% aggregate marks or 5.5 CGPA on a 10 point scale and SC/ST/PWD candidate must score minimum 50% aggregate marks or 5.0 CGPA on a 10 point scale.
Indira Gandhi National Open University is a recognized board and it's degree certificate is valid for higher education purpose also there is no restriction on the mode of the study of the qualifying examination so you will be eligible if you have studied Mathematics for two years or 4 semesters and scored the required percentage of marks in the qualifying examination as specified.

Well you are eligible for IIT JAM and though there may be few questions related to maths but if you have basic understanding you will know it. But there are some institutes which may require Maths. So it is better you do a certificate course from an authentic site or any institute. But yes do not worry about your eligibility for the exam as you are eligible.
