your rank is in average category. hoever you may not get top ranked iits, but you may secure a seat in new iits like iit roorkee, iit jodhpur, iit patna, iit bhubaneshar etc.

JAM is an entrance test for admission to Masters in IITs, NITs, IISERs and IISc (for I.PhD). For life sciences, one can apply to either BL or BT paper. But BL is only applicable to I.PhD in IISc and IISER. But BT is applicable to M.Sc. in biotechnology

Sorry there is no hope of getting seat in any of the college.
So I advise you to try for state engineering examination or there are many colleges which take student through their own exam so fill those college forms.
