Yes, if a candidate could not get a seat in 1st counselling.They may go for 2nd counselling.The second counselling seat allotment are already out.So, if a candidate couldn't get a seat they may participate in subsequent round.Also there is spot counselling for IPUCET where all the leftover seats

Hi Dadheech, there is no exam called ipu cat. Either it might be lpu cat or ipu cet. Based on those assumptions, I would say for Lpu cat exam, you can join mba after it, there are 360 seats for it and for ipu cet, there are roughly 4360 seats
