According to the eligibility criteria for GAT-B for MSc, you must have completed your graduation i.e 10+2+3 from a recognized university with a minimum of 55% aggregate.

The point is that you have completed your undergraduate study in BACHELOR OF SCIENCE so now you can only pursue MATER in Science and not Master in Technology.
From this year onwards the students of undergraduate program are also eligible to sit for the GATE exam. As the gate scores are valid for a period of three year so the provision of taking the exam for undergraduate students has been introduced.
