To get admission in koti womens college one should have atleast 60 % marks in aggregate for b.com course.
If you want seat in the osmania university then you should have score above 60+ marks in the intermediate examination which is conducted by board of intermediate education of telangana.
You should be under 4000 rank to get in there if we take rank wise.

If you are focusing on just getting a seat then 60+ marks will be enough for you to secure a seat in Osmania University,But for good branch you should score more. If we see Rankwise then 10k rank will he enough for a seat,But for good branch you should score under 3-4k rank
and as you mentioned you got 45 marks so it is really difficult for you to get in any government college.
it's better to try in private colleges.
