The admission possibilities differ depending on number of seats available, number of applicants,difficulty level of the exam, category,the rank range of candidates applying in your category etc. The closing rank will be decided based on the demand . It is difficult to predict the exact rank as it depends on a lot of factors like no of students who have applied,difficulty of paper etc.But in case you want to make a rough estimation you can check the last years cutoffs marks and the ranks that were alloted based on the marks scored.

This is because,

To be be eligible for MSc physics you should have done BSc physics Honours or you should have studied Physics in all the three years of your BSc but you have studied Physics in only your first year and 2nd year.

For example,

Bhu eligibility criteria for Msc physics says that, you should have studied under 10+2+3 pattern and must have got at least 50% marks in your BSc, you should have had hons. in Physics in your BSc or should have studied Physics in all the three years of your BSc.

You are not eligible for CPGET for Msc physics .

This is because ,

to be eligible for CCPGET for MSc physics you must have studied physics as compulsory subject in your graduation but you have studied physics as GE i. e General elective subject and that also in only 2 years of graduation and so you are not eligible. In your case chemistry is your compulsory subject in bsc so you will be eligible for MSc chemistry but not for MSc physics.

The documents required for CPGET counselling are

• Admit Card

• Reservation certificate

• Community certificate

• Transfer certificate

• Fee receipt of the counselling process

• Provisional admission letter

• Rank card

• Income certificate

• Qualifying exam certificate

Unless you finish the last exam and qualify it you will not get the transfer certificate and as the transfer certificate is one the documents you required without which you will not be eligible for CPGET Counselling. You need to talk to the examination department of your college and conduct the exam as soon as possible. The dates for the counselling is not yet declared. There are three phases for the CPGET counselling and in every phase we have separate registration dates. So if you get the required certificates as quickly as possible then you will be eligible for at least the third phase and get a college through CPGET.

If you are a general category student then it's quite impossible to get admission in Osmania University. Because your rank between 1000 then it will be s chance to get admission there. But if you have any category then you have some chances to get admission there. But you didn't mention your category.
