I am not sure about what marks you have received because it is hard to say because it changes every year. The cut off in previous years was 25 mark. Both JNTU and OU are reputed universities. But JNTU has got NAAC A+ and OU has got five star rating by NAAC. In my opinion JNTU will be better option than OU.
