The minimum eligibility criteria for mass communication are
The candidate must have completed Senior Secondary/ 10+2 Standard from a recognized university. The candidate must have a minimum aggregate percentage of 50% at the 10+2 level. Anyone who has cleared Class 12 exam with Arts, Commerce or Science background and wants to pursue a career in Journalism and Media can opt for a bachelor's degree in media studies.
Since it is compulsory for mass communication that you have to pass your 12th you can't get admission
You cannot use your class 10 marks for getting admission.
If you have cleared your 12th, then you are eligible.

Ultrasound or more appropriately Sonography is a method in which high frequency waves are used in medicine i.e. to detect abnormalities within cell in the body. It has wide usage in medicine. Due to wide application, there is a separate course for Sonography.

Go to their website(ihm pusa). Go to students section. Then affidavit. You are supposed to find the class 12 undertaking form there.
If not available, directly search in google. PDF link will be available. You can directly download from there.

No as 12th class marks depend on your top 5 marks and not on 6 marks. You have to give any upcoming examination or application form the total marks of the top 5 subjects. And it will valid genuinely.

you will be allotted Delhi sc quota as IPU describes all the students completing their 12th from Delhi as inside Delhi students and have 85% reservation for them out of which 15% are for sc students.
According to CBSE rules, if a students fails in more than one subject then he will be declared failed. But you can only right compartment exam for one subject. You have a chance to improve the exam you failed through improvement exam. candidate failing in two of the five subjects of external examination shall be placed in compartment in those subjects provided he/she qualifies in all the subjects of internal assessment. Within a month of result declaration CBSE gives you a chance for applying retest. Usually if you failed in more than one subjects you are considered as failed.. but if you perform good and got fas mark in the improvement exam you will be considered as passed
