According to CBSE rules, if a students fails in more than one subject then he will be declared failed. But you can only right compartment exam for one subject. You have a chance to improve the exam you failed through improvement exam. candidate failing in two of the five subjects of external examination shall be placed in compartment in those subjects provided he/she qualifies in all the subjects of internal assessment. Within a month of result declaration CBSE gives you a chance for applying retest. Usually if you failed in more than one subjects you are considered as failed.. but if you perform good and got fas mark in the improvement exam you will be considered as passed

If you are interested in continuing your career in computer science then the best option is doing degree in computer science. The eligibility criteria of BSC computer Science is candidates must have passed there with compulsory subjects physics chemistry and mathematics with 50% of marks. Admission processors are based on merit and entrance exams. If you are total percentage is 42 then it will be difficult for you to get admission in colleges on the basis of merit
But for entrance exams you just have to perform well. Your percentage in 12th doesn't affect the entrance exam results. If you wrote the entrance exam soil you will be admitted to best universities or colleges on the basis of rank list published.

CBSE compartment exam 2022 will be organized by the Central Board of Secondary Education. This examination will be conducted for those students who will not clear the class 10th or 12th exam in one or two subjects. CBSE has a provision for providing three chances to clear the compartment exam.
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the Compartment exams admit cards for Class 10 and 12. The CBSE Class 12 compartment exams will be organised on August 23 whereas Class 10 exams from August 23 to 29.

First of all which our subject you are obtained for undergraduation, the eligibility criteria us candidates must have passed their 12th with the minimum qualifying marks. If you got RT in mathematics that means you have to repeat theory. CBSE provides a chance for those students who got RT in their results for improving their marks by writing compartment exam. It is possible to write compartment exam for one subject. Since you only have RT in one subject you can write compartment exam. If you passed that exam then you are eligible for applying.
You can get admission for BCA either through merit marks in various universities or colleges or through entrance exam conducted by various university's individually or by State governments.
BCA entrance exams include SET, IPU CET, UPSEE,BUMAT,CET, CUET(UG), PASSAT,SPSAT,DSAT, BVET etc. For merit lists admissions, candidates need to score at least 50% marks in Class 12th.

Hey Rishabh, I understand the situation you're going through but believe me there's nothing to be much depressed about as these marks are a part and parcel of life and won't matter much after you join a college. You may either try reappearing for improvement of your score in boards if you are sure to take it up and are ready to take a drop.
