Dear Aspirant,
It depends upon the college where you want to apply. Some colleges can give admission at as low as 65% while some need 95%. However, if you want to pursue from some of the top colleges then 90% + is a goof range. However, it still depends on some other factors like your state, category, reservation, etc.
For Delhi University, you should atleast try for 90%. Here is a list of cutoffs:-

Hello Aspirant
There is no direct admission in ISRO as it is an agency that recruits scientist and Engineers.
The best way to get into ISRO as an scientist or as an Engineer is to give the IIST exam.
For getting into IIST you will have to give JEE MAINs exam and qualify in it.
in case you are open student you need 75% if obc you require 65%
AS you are not qualifying the criteria,it will be a good option for you to first complete your Btech from any reputed college and then after your UG course ,you can write gate exam and get into IIST for PG courses with an average of 60% in BTECH.
The second option is you can apply for ISRO exams that take place every year for BTECH students. You can apply for that ,pass the exam and get into ISRO.
For more details you can refer: https://www.isro.gov.in/careers
