Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board.
Minimum age limit is 17 years .
No Maximum age limit in NEET .
There is no limit on the number of attempts a student can make.

You have failed in chemistry examination but to be eligible for neet it is mandatory to pass in chemistry as
Neet eligibility criteria says that, to be eligible you must have passed your 12th with English and physics chemistry and Biology (pass in both the theory and practical ) with at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practical) in 12th examination if you belong to general category or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st

You have mentioned about TNEA marks. For your clarification, I must say there is nothing named TNEA marks officially. But I take an attempt that you are stating about your Cutoff marks.
Here is how to calculate cutoff marks for TNEA application:
the cutoff marks= (quotient of maths*100) + (quotient of Physics*50) + (quotient of chemistry*50)
According to the marks, you secured
maths =85/100 = 0.85
physics=88/100 = 0.88
chemistry=83/100=0.83
cutoff mark = (0.85*100)+(0.88*50)+(0.83*50)
=85+44+41.5
=170.5.
your cut-off mark is 170.5.
but we cannot say sure about your rank. because the rank varies year to year based on the marks scored by every student who applied for the TNEA councelling. so kndily wait till the application for closes and the rank will be published later.

First of all congratulations on successfully clearing class 12 cbse board examination. The fact is that you can get a seat in NIT by clearing the B.arch paper. The minimum criteria to appear in jee main Barch paper is 50 percent. So definitely you have to score good percentile in JEE main paper-2 in order to get a seat in prestigious institutes like NITs. But to get into prestigious IITs like IIT kharagpur and IIT kanpur you have to give Architecture aptitude test along with IIT-jee Scores.

Firstly congrats for getting excellent marks in class 12. In order to get admission into Indian Maritime University (IMU) for B. Tech program, you are supposed to appear for their entrance examination (IMU CET - Common Entrance Test).
IMU CET is conducted twice a year in June and December. Since you got above 90% in your class 12, you can easily apply for that entrance exam. Any students above 60% class 12 (for Physics, chemistry and mathematics) are eligible to apply for the exam.
You can go through their site and you can definitely find the syllabus for that exam. The entrance exam is objective in type and it’s duration is 3 hours and the big thing is that it don’t have negative marking. So you can attempt those questions even if you don’t know the answers. If you do well in the entrance exam, then you can easily get an admission.

You can easily go for.
If you have your interest in technical line you can go for any of the engineering courses including CSC civil engineering electrical engineering petroleum engineering Neville engineering etc.
If you have interest in law courses you can go for BA LLB or BBA LLB
If you have interest in management course you can go for BBA.
There are also general degree courses like bachelor of science in various science streams, bachelor of arts, bachelor of commerce.
You can also go for various fashion college including NID if you have interest in designing.
You can also go for arts College.
Actually whole thing is depend upon your area of interest.
