Yes you can take the admission in up govt college. As I also studied my 10 class from Hyderabad state board. And now I am in cbse class 12 in up. You have to face some problems but can get admission.

You can appear for JEE Mains 2023 as long as you passed your 12th grade with a B or above in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or another technical topic, you are eligible to take the JEE Main 2023 exam. There is no upper age limit for the JEE Mains exam. However, you should make sure the institutes to which you want admission have no age restrictions.

No, there should be no problem in clearing the NEET exam, based on your 12th percentage as long as you are dedicated and consistent with your preparation, as the class 12 percentage required for the NEET exam is separate for each category and can be listed as under. NEET eligibility marks in class 12 to be considered are aggregate marks only for PCB subjects
UR - 50%,
OBC/SC/ST - 40%,
PWD - 45%
Assuming you belong to the general category, a safe score for you to get into government medical colleges should be 620+ and 680-690+ for various AIIMS colleges.

The class 12 percentage required for NEET 2022 exam is separate for each category and can be listed as under. NEET eligibility marks in class 12 to be considered are aggregate marks only for PCB subjects
if we calculate your aggregate marks of PCB subject then it is 49+50+53 = 152/300 which is 50.666% means you have aggregate marks greater than required marks in unreserved category (gen) .
so yes ofcourse you are eligible for giving NEET exam and taking admission in various medical course through the neet entrance exam.
