The class 12 percentage required for NEET 2022 exam is separate for each category and can be listed as under. NEET eligibility marks in class 12 to be considered are aggregate marks only for PCB subjects
UR - 50%,
OBC/SC/ST - 40%,
PWD - 45%
if we calculate your aggregate marks of PCB subject then it is 49+50+53 = 152/300 which is 50.666% means you have aggregate marks greater than required marks in unreserved category (gen) .
so yes ofcourse you are eligible for giving NEET exam and taking admission in various medical course through the neet entrance exam.

There is no need to get demotivated. You can repeat 12 th through CBSE board as long as you are not taking admission in any further courses.
You can give the exam in October with the supply batch . And will then get a new mark sheet.

Yes, your marksheet is valid. Both the Marksheets are valid as one you'll get during the actual board times and second you'll get at the time of your improvement exams. You need to show the Marksheet with better percentage at the time of your admission.

To pass the CBSE 12th Physics exam, one needs to score at least 23 marks out of a total of 70 marks in theory exam and 10 marks out of 30 in the practical exam.
