Hello Aviral,
See, to apply for any State Counselling, the student must have a Domicile Certificate made from that state only. In your case, if you want to apply for UPCET Counselling under Home State Quota then you must need to have your own Domicile Certificate of UP.
As you have cleared your 12th from another state outside UP, you can't make Domicile Certificate of yours from UP. The basic requirement to make Domicile Certificate of a student is that the Student must have completed his/her 10th and 12th from same State .
Since you have done your 12th from outside UP, you are ineligible for UPCET Home State Quota Counselling.

Hello student ,
There is no need to get demotivated. You can repeat 12 th through CBSE board as long as you are not taking admission in any further courses.
You can give the exam in October with the supply batch . And will then get a new mark sheet.
All the best for the future
Hello Jay Kumar
I hope you are doing great
Yes, your marksheet is valid. Both the Marksheets are valid as one you'll get during the actual board times and second you'll get at the time of your improvement exams. You need to show the Marksheet with better percentage at the time of your admission.
Best of luck
