WB CAP Login 2026 - Registration

Aspirants applying for admission to their desired courses should register in the WB UG CAP 2026 login portal by following the below steps:

1. Visit the official website - wbcap.in.

2. Click on the ‘Register Now’ button on the top of the home page.

3. Enter the details such as mobile number and valid email id in the login window.

4. Click on the Continue to next step.

5. Enter all the personal details such as name, date of birth, gender and more.

6. Once registration is successful, candidates will get a Thank You message.

WB CAP Login 2026 - Login to fill Application Form

Candidates should follow the steps mentioned below to fill the WB UG CAP 2026.

1. Visit the official website - wbcap.in.

2. Click on the “Student Login” tab.

3. Enter User ID and Password then click on the ‘Login’ button.

4. Enter all the required details in the application form.

5. Download the application form for future reference.

Documents Required for WB CAP 2026 Application

• Class 10 mark sheet (In PDF format, max 2 MB)

• Class 12 mark sheet (In PDF format, max 2 MB)

• Category certificate (If applicable)

• PWD certificate (If applicable)

• Identity proof (Aadhar, Driving License, Passport etc.)

• Age proof certificate (Class 10 hall ticket/ Class 10 registration certificate)

• Photograph

• Signature of the candidate

• Bank account number of the candidate/guardian along with IFSC code

• Cheque leaf/ pass book/Bank account statement (In JPG/JPEG/PNG format)

WB CAP UG Participating Universities

Bratya Basu, Education minister of West Bengal, conducts a centralised admission process for undergraduate courses in state-run universities.The WB CAP UG admission process will be held through a common portal wbcap.in. Through this centralised admission process candidates can take admission in 460 government and government aided general degree colleges/higher educational institutions including 17 universities across the state of West Bengal.
