Somaiya Vidyavihar University will start the SVUET 2025 admission process for vacant seats on June 20 at admissions.somaiya.edu. SVUET 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Before applying for the SVU entrance exam, candidates should check the eligibility criteria. The SVUET eligibility criteria will help students understand the minimum requirements of the exam. The subject wise eligibility criteria for SVU ET 2025 are as follows:

BSc (Information Technology) / Honours	A candidate must have passed Class 10+2 or equivalent examination in Science, Commerce, Diploma in Engineering in one or the first attempt. They must have obtained a minimum of 50% aggregate marks for being eligible to the Bachelor of Science Information Technology.
BSc (Computer Science) / Honours	A candidate must have passed Class 10+2 or equivalent examination in Science, Diploma in Engineering in one or the first attempt. Aspirants must have obtained a minimum of 50% aggregate marks for being eligible to the Bachelor of Science Computer Science.
Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)/Honours	A candidate must have passed Class 10+2 or equivalent examination in Commerce/Science/ Arts Diploma in Engineering in one or the first attempt. They must have obtained a minimum of 55% aggregate marks for being eligible to the BCA.
Bachelor of Business Management / Honours	A student must have passed a Class 10+2 or equivalent examination in Commerce/Science/Arts/ Diploma in Engineering in the first attempt. Obtained a minimum of 55% aggregate marks for being eligible to the BBA/BBA (Honors)/BBM.
Bachelor of Business Administration / Honours
BSc (Economics)/Honours	A candidate must have passed Class 10+2 or equivalent examination in Commerce/Science/Arts. They must have obtained a minimum of 50% aggregate marks for being eligible to the BSc Economics / BSc Economics (Honours).
BSc (Data Science)/Honours	A candidate must have passed Class 10+2 or equivalent examination in Arts/Commerce/Science, Diploma in Engineering in one or the first attempt. They must have obtained a minimum of 50% aggregate marks for being eligible to the Bachelor of Science in Data Science.
BA (Mass Communication & Journalism) / Honours	A candidate must have passed Class 10+2 or equivalent examination in Commerce/Science/Arts. They must have obtained a minimum of 50% aggregate marks for being eligible to the BA MCJ/BA MCJ (Honours).
BSc Psychology / Honours	A candidate must have passed Class 10+2 or equivalent examination in Commerce/Science/Arts. They must have obtained a minimum of 55% aggregate marks for being eligible to the BSc Psychology/BSc Psychology (Honours).

Somaiya Vidyavihar University will release SVUET 2025 application form for round 4 on July 16 at admissions.somaiya.edu. Candidates should check the eligibility criteria of SVUET before they start the application process. Aspirants have to fill and submit the SVUET registration form before the deadline.

Step 1: Candidates should visit the official website to fill the SVUET pre-admission form.

Step 2: To complete the application, enter your name, mobile number, email ID, verification code and password. Then, click on “Continue.”

Step 3: Select the programme and pay the application fee Rs. 500 which is non-refundable.

Step 4: Enter all the required information in the required fields.

Step 5: Submit the required documents along with the application form.

Step 6: Finally, candidates must click "Get Application Details" after entering all required information. For future use, print the SVUET application by selecting the “Print Application” option.

SVUET 2025 Exam Pattern

The exam pattern for SVUET includes aspects such as the mode of examination, duration, and the types of questions asked.
