and your result is not  showing then maybe they show the result of selected students of that round or else some problem occurs

Jamia milia islamia university has  a total of 42 seats for M.A. in public administration. Since cutoffs fluctuate every year and also jamia doesn't declare any official cutoff , so on the basis if previous year cutoff trends , we can say that a score above 40 is enough to grab you a seat in M.A. in public administration.

according to the official website of Jamia Millia Islamia University, The merit lists and results for the academic year 2019-2020 have been declared in online format on their website. They have created a portal which accepts your details and gives the results. I’m attaching the link to that portal

If you want to do diploma in Jamia it's good but for admission there you must have your migration certificate,which you have already suggested so it is better to collect it from college as fast as possible.
