There is indeed a Masters Course in Biological Science that are offered at selected IITs across India. In order to pursue the same, the admission is done based on IIT JAM entrance examination that is conducted by the IITs for admission into their Masters courses of Non Technical branches of higher studies.
In 2020, the IIT JAM entrance exam would be conducted by IIT Kanpur and the exam will be organized in 6 subjects. The 6 subjects are as follows:

In JAM examination, the eligibility criteria is to secure 55% marks in aggregate for General or OBC students and 50% for SC, ST and PwD students. Here the aggregate percentage means that you have to secure the required percentage by taking all the subjects together that you have studied in your graduation and not just your honours marks.
