Well, IIT JAM exam form for registration was released on 5th september and last date was 12th october. Well i think there is no possibility to apply for this exam after last date. Correction window will be open in first week of november.

Yes you can do so in correction window which shall oprn from Last week October 2018 to First Week November 2018 tentatively .
