The cutoff varies every year depending on the various factors such as No. of Applicant appeared for the exam, Difficulty level of the exam, Performance of the candidates etc. so it is difficult to tell you the exact admission chances but As per the previous year cutoff with this rank the chances seems less to get a seat in IITs. You can also check the previous year cutoff to take in Idea about the admissinon possibilities in IITs.
