I guess you want to take B.PT in IPU. According to your rank and DELHI quota you might get a seat in any of the two institutes: BCIP and ISIC. But the chances are 50/50 as last year went like 225 and 231 respectively which is quite close

Your rank is fine. Ipu cet is a very good College no doubt its a very good college. The rank which you have scored is really very nice and you can surely get the same. Your rank is surely enough to make you elligible enough for the allotment of seat
