Guessing you have studied maths,
Yes having passed 12th in 2021, you are eligible for jee main 2022 and also eligible for jee main 2023. It does matter even if you didn't attempt jee main 2021
This is because,
One is eligible for jee main for 3 consecutive years starting from 12th appearing year .

-------------------------) Passing year :- one is eligible for JEE main examination for consecutive three years starting from the year of appearing for 12th /equivalent examination i. e to be eligible for JEE mains 2022 you should be either appearing for 12th board exam or equivalent in 2022 or should have passed it in 2021 or 2020
-------------------------) There is no age limit to be eligible
-------------------------) there is no minimum percentage requirement to be eligible for JEE Main for BE /Btech.
But yes,
To be eligible for BE/BTech in NITs, IIITs, CFTIs one needs at least 75% marks in class 12th if belongs to General or OBC category or at least 65% marks in class 12th if belongs to Sc or St category or needs to be in top 20 percentile of their board examination.
IMPORTANT NOTE :- This minimum percentage barrier of 75 % - 65% for NITs, IIITs, CFTIs has been lifted off for jee main 2022 . It means to be eligible all you need to be eligible is to have at least passed 12th .

Jee main 2022 application form has been released by NTA on its official website i. e jeemain. nta . nic . in on 1st march 2022 , the last date for filling the form is 31st March 2022 upto 5 pm for April session.
You can fill the jee mains application form in online mode following the given below steps -
----------) registration :- first of all visit the official website of jee mains i. e jeemain. nta . nic . in then you need to register using your name, mobile number and email id to generate your login credentials
----------) then fill your details in the application form :- you need to fill details like your personal details, parents details, your academic details .
----------) and after that you need to go for uploading your following documents

Your passport size Photograph,
Signature,
Category Certificate (if applicable i. e for ews, obc, sc, st ):- Issued on or after 1st january 2022. If you don't have obc/ews certificate right now then you can upload self declaration form for now.

Application fee for male indian candidates of general, obc, ews category:- 650
Application fee for indian candidates for sc, st, and female candidates of all categories- 325

You should upload certificate which you are obtained after the improvement examinations. Actually when you appear for improvement examination and results are announced or for the same, the old marksheet gets over written and updated. It means that the old marksheet is no longer valid and you should use the latest one for all the purposes in the future times.

Yes, You are eligible for JEE-Mains and also for admission to DTU and NSUT for the B.Tech. course.
The eligibility criteria which is available on the official website is the candidate should have an minimum aggregate of 60% in PCM and also should have passed in English subject, then the candidate is eligible for admission to these institutions with their JEE-Mains rank of paper 1.

Yes you can appear in the same year for improvement examination. So if you had appeared for class 12th board examination from Bihar board this year then you can appear for improvement examination as well in this year. There will be separate examination forms for improvement examination which will be released after the declaration of results of board examinations and also note that you apply for improvement of as many subjects as you want because there is no limit.

Yes definitely you can do BCA even if you are not from Mathematics background in 10+2 because for doing BCA there is no any necessity of Mathematics subject in 10+2.
Basic eligibility criteria of BCA says that :-
******* Candidates must have completed 10+2 in any stream from any recognized board.
******* The minimum age limit of the candidate should be 17 years.

No, you cannot appear in nda examination if you have failed in your class 12th board examination.
In order to be eligible for NDA you must pass your class 12th.
So, if you want to appear in nda I would suggest you to again give your class 12th examination and pass it and then you will become eligible for appearing in it
