I am guessing that it is about SSC CHSL application form because it is at 12th level and also its application form is available for filling right now
While filling your SSC CHSL application form , you need to fill your class 12th marks percentage.
Now,
In class 12 , there are 5 compulsory subjects.
Some students also of for 6th subject which is known as additional or optional subject.
By class 12th marks percentage it means your percentage of marks obtained by you in class 12th in the aggregate of those 5 compulsory subjects.
So,
You need to fill the aggregate percentage obtained in those in five subjects and not only 4 subjects while filling your SSC CHSL application form.
Also,
12th marks won't affect your eligibility in any way because there is no minimum percentage barrier for SSC CHSL eligibility criteria.

----------------) Educational qualification :
For the post of LDC/ JSA, PA/ SA, DEO i. e for the posts other than DEOs in C&AG , you must have passed 12th or equivalent in any stream from a recognised Board.
For DEOs in C&AG , you must pass 12th in science stream with math.
----------------) Minimum age limit :- to be eligible minimum age should be 18 years as on 1st january of the year of the exam.
----------------) Maximum age limit :- maximum age should be 27 years as on 1st january of the year of exam, there's 3 year relaxation on upper age limit for obc and of 5 years for sc/st category.

Your SSC CHSL examination is conducted in three levels or tiers which are listed below:-
----------------) tier -I :- it is Computer Based examination and questions are asked from General Intelligence, English Language, , Quantitative Aptitude and General Awareness.
----------------) Tier - II :- it is a descriptive examination and is conducted in pen and paper mode . You have to write a letter or an application in 150 - 200 words and also an essay in 200 - 250 words either in Hindi or English.

Hello aspirant,
You will be eligible for JEE Mains in 3 consecutive years from the year you finish your 12 th standard including that year i.e you are eligible for JEE Mains in 2020, 2021 and 2022. JEE Advanced can be attempted twice in consecutive years.
After qualifying JEE Mains only then you can appear in JEE Advanced entrance exam.
Yes, you'll be eligible for JEE Mains and JEE Advanced in 2022 and if you meet other eligibility criteria like age criteria, minimum 75 marks in 12 th standard in science stream from a recognised Board and 65 percentage for reservation category candidates, etc.

Hello Aspirant,
Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board has already released the time-table for class 12th board examinations, according to which class 12th practical examinations will commence from March 2nd 2022 and will continues till March 12th 2022 whereas theory examinations will be conducted from March 28th to April 12th 2022.
