my percentiles is 72.075 I want college with placement

Swati Umang 1st Mar, 2020

Hello! Hope you are doing good

According to your percentile, your rank is somewhere around 2.4 lakhs. With this rank, you have slight to no chances of getting into a good government college.

However, if you score above 75% in boards you can go for Thapar University. Other universities that you should check are Chandigarh University, BML Munjal University, Lovely Professional University. You should consider filling forms of VITEEE, SRMJEE, AEEE

You still have the April attempt. This time, you know what the pattern is like. Be confident with whatever you know. Give mock tests and revise your concepts and you'll surely do good.

All the best

Hi sir I am class 12 student (gujrati medium) my goal is get into top B school my English is too weak how can I improve it very strongly till my UG completed ?

shivam raj 6th May, 2020

Hello.

There are a lot of way to improve your English. You should start with getting familiarising with English language and then move to grammar and all for top B Schools. Start with reading story books and watching Hollywood movies, and sit with a dictionary, you might find it difficult in the start but with time you'll get used to it and your English will be improved. Then you can move to Grammar books like Wren n Martin and then to improve your vocabulary you can read word power made easy. Taking about getting to B school, join some coaching, they will prepare your English accordingly.

Hope it'll help you.

preparation of N-methyl aniline from benzene

Charvi Nayyar 1st Mar, 2020

Hello aspirant

The reaction of nitrobenzene hydroalkylation with methanol forms N-methylaniline over oxide catalysts.

It has been shown that the reductive alkylation of nitrobenzene with methanol is preferable to conduct at a temperature of 250°C, a feed weight hourly space velocity of 1 to 2 h−1, a methanol: nitrobenzene molar ratio of 3 to 4, and hydrogen: nitrobenzene molar ratio of 3–6. It has been found that promotion of the copper-containing catalyst with chromium leads to enhancement of the catalyst activity and facilitates an increase in selectivity for N-methylaniline.

Hope this helps
