If you have passed in all exams, I don't think it is a good idea to repeat class 11th, because class 12th results doesn't depend on 11th. However, you can have a discussion with your school about why they are wanting you to repeat and can sort things out , but if they are adamant to their decision you should change school and work more hard in class 12th.

After completing your 12th with BIPC,there are various courses available for which you can apply.But for which courses you would go,is depends upon your field of Interest.Courses you can pursue are:-
1-B.Sc CABM (Commercial and Agricultural Business Management).
2-Bio Technology-Biotechnology means any technological application that uses biological systems or living organisms to make or modify products or processes for specific use.
3-Bio Informatics-Bioinformatics is the science of storing, retrieving and analysing large amounts of biological information. It is a highly interdisciplinary field involving many different types of specialists, including biologists, molecular life scientists, computer scientists and mathematicians.
4-Genetics-Genetics is a branch of biology that scientifically studies genes, heredity and variations in living organisms.
5-Forensic Science-Forensic science is the application of scientific knowledge and methodology to criminal investigations and legal problems.
6-MBBS- The Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery or Medicinae Baccalaureus, Baccalaureus Chirurgiae ( MBBS ) course is an undergraduate level professional degree programme for medical aspirants across the nation.

Kindly mention the Stream like engineering,medical,normal graduation for which you are searching the colleges with least fee,as there are various college in India which have NRI quota with less fee.

There are chances that all the examination form will be delayed ,As all the engineering exams come to an end in May and all the filling of forms is done by July,New application forms are usually out by September end .
But as the situation is there are high chances that all the dates will be delayed.
The release of Notification for all the exams begins in August.
So it is advised that once exam for the year 2020 are done,All the new dates will be updated for further year .Till then you will have to wait for the official notification and keep and eye on all the official exam

As long as you had a valid reason behind the gap year, there is no harm and nothing will affect your application process. Simply make sure, you mention your reasons while writing down your statement of purpose.

For taking the both B.sc Zoology and Botany ,the eligibility criteria is to have 50% aggregate marks in physics, chemistry, biology from a recognised board or equivalent . So, it is important to have Physics to take admission in both of these Courses.
