ALL NITs offer 100 % exemption from the tuition fee to all the students so don't worry about fee as far as NITs are concerned, FOR IIIT as they don't fall under same council so fee are very different from one another and the scholarship percent a lot depends upon your performance in the semester as well as your family income.

NCERT At Your Finger Tips (Physics) is an objective type book that helps in preparation for JEE Main/NEET.
Although for a student who is good at NCERT already, this might help him/her to practice questions and the same can be applied in Boards also, if you want a book exclusively for Boards, then this is NOT recommended.
For preparation for Boards of class 12, you need a book with previous year questions (with answers given along with the marking scheme) and theory description also.
You can consider Arihant Sample papers, Arihant All In One and Arihant Previous Question Papers.

NIOS issued both practical hall ticket and theory theory exam hall ticket differently. in case you have not get your theory exam hall ticket you must contact the authorities to know about the reason why your admit card is not released.

To appear in class 11th and 12th again you can apply form your state board if you have studied previously in another board.Or you have another option to apply through NIOS(National Institute of open schooling) by going to the official website :- https://www.nios.ac.in/
