see the syllabus is different in intermediate second year and you need to study sincerely to get good score. your first year results is good, however the syllabus will be different and a little harder, since you have got good score, your conception for 11th course is clear which will be really beneficial for you.

There is no process for DOB correction if you have got your admit card as they have now made all the details unchangable.
Definitely you will be facing problems in the post - exam selection process, you can change that afterwords by getting your legal documents in hand.
