You have not mentioned any exam in query.To help you further please metioned the exam.And yes if you want to get admission based on merit in entrance exam then you need to fill the application form.If you want to get seat through management quota the procedure is different.It varies from one college to another.

1) SSC government job

2) Police department job

3) Nursing assistant

4) Forest Department

5) Railway

6) Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited BSNL jobs like direct selling agent

8) You can also go for some bank jobs like clerk.

No , you cannot appear in JEE-Advance in 2022 because you can appear for this exam two times continuously in two years.

If you fails in class 12th exams than you will have to clear your 12th result as well as JEE-Advance exam before 2021.

what is done is done. You can show your new mark original documents during counselling time. for now you can write a mail to the board to guide you in a correct way to tackle this situation.There won't be any issue but your updated marks should be considered in final mark and percentage.
