Yes CBSE results will be delayed as all the exams have not been conducted yet and these exams will be conducted after the lockdown period so it will take time for the results and so it will be delayed.

There is no need to worry about this, but please remember that if you get admission in any college then while filling their form or paper work please make sure that you enter your correct marks along with correct percentage

No , there is no need to study physics, chemistry, Mathematics and Biology etc in your 10 + 2 education to be eligible for civil services examination like UPSC etc

You can choose any stream of your choice based on your interest in your 10+2 and your graduation,
