Class 12
Gaurav, CAT is an entrance examination for admission to Management Courses in all 20 IIMs and almost 1000 participating Institutions. Now if IIMs or the top B schools are your sister's priority, then it might be tad difficult.Let's say if your sister manages to score 90 percentile and above, she can get decent colleges. So we would suggest her to go for CAT preparation.

Kamal, Netaji Subash National Institute of Sports, Patiala has few Academic courses. While you can check them at: https://nsnis.org/ , to give you a gist, the courses are:
Diploma in Sports Coaching
M.Sc in Sports Coaching
Skill Development Courses
Certificate Courses
PG Diploma in Sports Medicine.
They have a Sai Training Centre but that is for students who have excelled at junior level. So this is Sports Institute is more of a Coaching Centre for those who want to become coaches. And not players or aspirants. You did mention that you like playing sports a lot but you haven't mentioned whether you play or played in any tournaments at junior level. Because there is a protocol for playing for the country. You join sub junior levels first, then juniors and move to the National team. If you like to take up Football as a professional sport, you have to join any coaching centre.
