Kamal Kishor Chaurasiya 22nd Jul, 2020

Hello Jyoti,

The syllabus for the year 2020-21 has reduced by 30 percent for classes 9 to 12. The remaining syllabus will be covered in three parts. Following has been removed from the syllabus:

  • The 30% of the UP Board syllabus that has been removed from the class 10 civics syllabus includes content on democracy, caste, religion and sexual issues.
  • In the class 10 Mathematics syllabus, students this year will not be covering chapters like circle, probability, some trigonometry applications, parallel series and polynomials.
  • Class 10 English students will not be studying the lessons -- The Nation Builders, Torch Bearers, Our Indian Music, My Greatest Olympic Prize.
  • From the class 10 social science syllabus, information about major national parties and regional parties of India have been removed.
  • The science syllabus will not cover properties of metals and nonmetals, early attempts to classify elements into the periodic table, electromagnetic effects, electrical effects, natural resources and our environment.
  • From class 12 Hindi, the condemnation of satirist Harishankar Parsai has been omitted.
  • Class 12 English students will not be studying Merchant of Venice.
  • From the civics syllabus, the certain portions on political party dominance in independent India and the challenges of the Congress system have been removed.
  • The history syllabus will not cover the history and nationality, sectarianism and division of 1040 in ‘division based on physical sources’.
  • In Sociology, public relations media and communication subjects have also been removed from ‘dimension of globalization’.
  • From the class 10 Hindi syllabus, the Varsha Sundari of Mahadevi Varma, the Chandralok of Sumitranandan Pant, the youth of Makhanlal Chaturvedi, and portions of Samas and Bahubrihi have been removed.

Rest of the syllabus has remained as usual.

If you have successfully filled the form and possess the application number/ transaction ID or reference number, then your registration is valid, even if you haven't taken its print out.

For retrieving the application, you have an option of logging in using the registered login ID and Password through the portal at : https://mhtcet2020.mahaonline.gov.in/ wherein you might find your filled-in application form.

Most colleges didn't take student below 55% . Other some take below 55% students. Yes you can take admission. But fully depends on your college

can we get admission in gov. of forensic college on the basis of class 12 cbse % ... and my physics, chemistry & biology aggregate is approximately 83.. i belong to sc category .. i can be selected or not ..

Shivanshi Singh 16th Aug, 2020

Hello ,

Hope you are doing well

Coming to your question as you didn't specified any particular state in which you want admission in government College of Forensic Science. So the minimum eligibility criteria for Bachelor Program is 10+2 with minimum aggregate of 70% in science stream. So according to your percentage you are eligible candidate and can get selected . but admission process may differ according to various state level entrance exam conducted every year for admission process.

All the Best!

Thankyou!

i am studying in class 12 right now. I got realised about neet recently.... it is my parents dreams to graduate with mbbs and i cannot afford to private colleges.... can i get merit seat by starting preparation... from now....?????? what maks would be required to get merit seat in karnataka

Apoorva Student Expert 30th Aug, 2020

Hello dear student,

yes definitely if you will start preparing for the Neet exam which will be held in next year as you said currently you are studying in class 12 so will you will be eligible to give Neet exam in the next year only. even if you start preparing now there's a good chance that you will be able to crack the Neet exam what you can do is thoroughly study the books which is NCERT maximum of the portion that is asked in NEET comes. and you can definitely do MBBS from a government college as many students through their MBBS from government colleges itself as they are affordable and the studies are up to the mark in government MBBS colleges. So as far as the cutoff is concerned as 2020 have not happened yet so here I am attaching a link where you can check the Neet cutoff for 2019 2018 for both MBBS and BDS for the different categories which is general OBC ST SC and ST EWS category also. By looking into the cut off of list you will get a fair idea how should you prepare and how much marks is needed by a student to get admission into a government medical colleges in Karnataka. Also I would like to add another thing here that every year cutoff changes and usually it increases by 15 to 20 marks so keep that also in mind while checking the cut off list of previous years.
