Candidates must have passed one of the qualifying examinations in the first attempt with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken simultaneously and securing not less than 60% of the aggregate marks in these three science subjects taken together and not less than 50% marks in English and 50% marks in each of the science subjects. They must have also passed an examination in Mathematics of the tenth standard.
You must have passed your English, physics, chemistry, biology simultaneously in one attempt only. You will be not eligible by taking bio as additional subject from another board.

Yes, you are eligible to sit for Jee Mains Examination, even if you have done boards privately, but the board should be recognised by some particular authorities for authenticity.
It doesn't matter whether you are appearing private or not.
The minimum criteria of 75% in boards should be cleared by you and also you have to crack JEE mains.
Private candidate can fill 'nil' against the school name column.

Yes, definitely! If you took both Computer Science and Yoga as an optional subject in your class XIIth board examination, then it is totally up to you regarding which subjects to include and which to exclude while calculation you best 5 subject percentage.
So, if you have comparatively higher marks in Yoga as compared to Computer Science, then you can surely use the Yoga as your fifth subject and use it in your percentage calculation.
