As per the current eligibility criteria candidate with Biology as an additional subject are provisionally eligible for NEET UG hence according to the subjects you are eligible for NEET 2022 but there are some other criteria which needs to be fulfilled :
** You must have passed 10+2 from any recognized central/state board.
** English should also be in your curriculum of class 12th and also you should have passed in it.
** You minimum age should be more that or equal to 17 years by December 31st 2022, as per the current eligibility criteria.
** As of now there is no upper age limit for NEET but the case is pending in Hon'ble SC and by 2022 if the verdict comes then the upper age limit may be decided and it can be either 25 or as decided by SC.

Hope you are doing great. With regard to your question, NO, you cannot do BTech, while you are studying in 12th standard, it is really impossible. Because, for the course of Btech, you need to score 60 % aggregate marks, in your intermediate or 11th and 12th standards.

A candidate can get duplicate certificate after submitting in the prescribed format of application and after the payment of requisite fees for getting the duplicate certificate of class 12.
