There are certain situations where there may be loss of ISC passing certificate issued by the ISC board. As you know first you have to file a complaint in your local police station and with that document you can apply for a different or alternate 12th Passing ISC Certificate issued by the ISC board.
The board council will let you know the detailed procedure that you have to follow to receive an alternate certificate.

The candidates who are still in the final year of their qualifying examination or are waiting for the result are eligible to apply for admission in BHU.

Those who are sitting for Class 12 board exams this year can also apply provided they present their original mark sheet of passing 12th Class at the time of BHU counselling. For your information in between mention that for taking admission in Delhi University in ba psychology course there is no entrance test for taking admission in Delhi University or it's constituent colleges for the course of BA psychology.. According to notification when it will be published for the next session for admission in ba psychology course you have to apply online for admission and your selection will be according to your merit and personal interview.

Yes, you are eligible. You can appear for 12th exam in 2023 with PCB subjects . It is legal. Also, you can choose any other board or CBSE boards as your choice and repeat your 12th class with PCB or whatever stream you want yo study

At first I would like to wish best of health to you and may you recover soon. Coming to your question you can surely take a a drop this year and appear for the examination next year if you are not comfortable in appearing for the same. The registration in CBSE for classes 10&12 are valid for next 2 years from the day of registration and you would just need to contact your school to put your name in the list of candidates.
Also you must note that it would be a completely new start and no previous records of your term 1 examination would be taken into consideration for next year.

With reference to your above mentioned query, I would liek to tell you that yes, you are still eligible for NEET examination even with a gap of 2-3 years after your class 12th. The basic eligibility criteria is that you should be at least 17 years of age to give NEET exam.
For your information, the NEET Eligibility criteria is given below :
Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board.
Class 12 or equivalent appearing aspirants are also eligible to apply for NEET.
Candidates must have completed 17 years as on December 31, 2022.
The class 12 percentage required for NEET 2022 exam is separate for each category and can be listed as under. NEET eligibility marks in class 12 to be considered are aggregate marks only for PCB subjects
