CUET Subjects List 2025: The National Testing Agency specifies the CUET subject list 2025 on its official website at nta.ac.in. The CUET has a total of 63 subjects. Of them 33 are languages, 29 domain-specific, and 1 is a general test. The CUET exam will be held in hybrid mode. The CUET UG exam paper 2025 will be held in three slots - morning, afternoon and evening.

CUET section I is for the language subject. It has two parts, the first part has 13 languages while the second part has 20 languages. Students may select either 1 or 2 languages from section I. Section II contains domain specific subjects. Students may choose 4 subjects. The last section contains questions related to general knowledge and current affairs. The CUET language section is divided into two sections. The first section i.e., Section IA has 13 different languages. While the second one Section IB contains 20 languages. Students may select any language among the CUET 2025 language subject lists. There are a total of 50 questions to be asked in the exam. List of both the CUET language subjects is mentioned below.

Section III of the CUET exam consists of a general test. In this section students need to attempt 50 questions out of 60 questions. The CUET general test syllabus covers many topics such as general knowledge, current affairs,numerical ability and many more. Below is the CUET subject list for the general test.

You cannot get admission to engineering courses in Delhi University (DU) through CUET scores .
DU offers engineering courses under its Faculty of Technology, and admissions to these courses are based on JEE Main scores, not CUET.
