No , just because mbose board has uploaded 2015,2017,2018,2019 questions paper , it doesn't mean that this year question i.e in 2020 , questions will be asked from these papers.
But yes practising these past year papers will help you, these past year papers will help you to understand

To answer your question, it is not clear yet if Mbose will set question paper pattern as the CBSE board does. It was said that Mbose will be following the syllabus of CBSE but I couldn't find anywhere the same being said for the examination pattern. But it is possible
