As the session is already over but generally chances should be above average to get seat in top branches like CS, ME,ECE etc so it is advisable to try till last round. So I hope you have got admission in your desired college.

Chances are not high to get any good branch with this rank as the seats are limited in this university.
You can try if by second round you get any seat. Also I hope you have appeared for other engg exams as well.

If you have prepared for JEE Mains then you can easily crack the paper of PESSAT because the pattern is almost the same.
You can refer to the similar material and also mock test series to give a direction to your preparation.
