sorry the general cutoff for seat allotment in PES based on PESSAT is around 6000 so you won't possibly qualify for seat allotment at 10000.

you can not get admission in PES University because according to cut-off your rank must be in 450 for getting CSE in PES University.but, don't dissapoint you can also go for following colleges :

According to ,e800 to 1000 should be the maximum rank upto which your son can get CSE in second round counselling anf for ECE students must have a rank of 1200 to 1500.Anyways,you can give a try.
