First, please take note that the syllabus of PESSAT will be set according to the NCERT / CBSE syllabus of class 11 and 12. So to prepare for Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects, you just simply need to follow the topics listed against them in the CBSE syllabus.
Also there is a grammar section. For this, I would advice you to just pick a good grammar book to strengthen your basics.
According to me, if you just papered well for your JEE Mains, PESSAT will be much easier to crack.

Note that for admissions into PES, Bangalore, you need a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 or equivalent in science stream from a recognized board. Test Scores in PESSAT (National level exam) or KCET (State level exam) are required.
So, if you have applied for KCET, you need not apply to PESSAT.
