Thanks for approaching us. The general cutoff for seat allotment in PES based on PESSAT is around 6000 so it is pretty hard for you to get top branches.

But there are chances for getting a seat in Biotechnology or Civil engineering.

The admit card of PESSAT 2018 will be generated only after the slot booking process is completed by the candidate.

It is necessary to complete the PESSAT 2018 slot booking process. After slot booking process only, you will be able to download the admit card.

PES Scholastic Aptitude Test (PESSAT) is to be taken by students who are applying for PES university B.Tech programmes. Before appearing for the exam, students must be well aware of the exam pattern like number of questions from each section, duration of the exam and marking scheme of the exam. It will help student to prepare accordingly and score well in the examination.

There is no negative marking in the PESSAT exam.

PESSAT 2018 includes 20 questions from English grammar,  60 questions from physics, 60 questions from chemistry and 40 questions from mathematics. Duration of examination would be 180 minutes.

frankly PESSAT dont reveal score they intake by the ranks

CSE : FR - 550, SR: 800

ECE : FR - 700, SR: 1000

Mechanical : FR - 1200, SR - 1550

EEE : FR - 1700, SR - 1950

Civil : FR - 2200, SR - 2380

FR = First round of counseling

SR = Second round of counseling.

well if you are joining through CET the fees per year will be one lakh with out hostel while on the other hand if you are getting in through PESSAT exam the fee will 3.2 lakh per year.

while these fees are same for all the branches

you can not get admission in PES University because according to cut-off your rank must be in 450 for getting CSE in PES University.but, don't dissapoint you can also go for following colleges :

• BMS College Of Engineering

• MS Ramaiah Institute Of Technology

• RV College Of Engineering
