the seat allotment for PESSAT is done in a two round counselling process.having said that the cut-off for PESSAT for electronics and communication engineering(ece) closes around 2000.

yes you have a slight chance for securing a seat in CS in PES given that you wait for second round counselling. the closing rank for CS in first round is generally around 450.
