PES University has released the result of PESSAT 2018. Candidates can check their result after submitting their registration number and date of birth. The online entrance exam of PESSAT 2018 was held from April 20 till May 10.

The exact number would be hard to say , though it is incremental every year as  more and more applicants are getting aware about this exam and trying to apply for the same, and qualify.

sorry the cut-off for any branch in pessat is usually around 6000 so you have nearly no chance for securing a seat.

sorry, you can not get ECE with your rank because according to last year cut-off your rank must be within 1500.you can also check second round if you get seat.

According to me as per your rank you can get the core branches like Mechanical,Civil.....but if you want to persue CSE,ECE or any technical branch there is a less possibility.

The statistics exactly but for 2017-18 session the cutoff ranks for ECE at PES university were nearly:-
for category 1 : rank <=550
There is a management quota system in which the tuition fee increases

Last year for management quota category fees structure was 7 lacs / year

sorry ,the cut-off for seat alloment in PES on the basis of PESSAT is generally around 6000, so i guess you won't be able to secure a seat

No its very hard to get antthing at this rank

i will siggest you to go through jee mains . as that may help you because at 8k i dont think it will be posssible for ypu tio get any college.
