You haven't stated anything about your quota. As a result, at the CSE branch of PES University, it is quite difficult to secure a seat. Because the cutoff was about 1500 in the previous few years, 2000 is nearly unattainable. However, there is still a chance of receiving ECE or EE. You can also apply to these streams.

With reference to your query,  I would glad inform you that once the application is locked ,it is not even possible to do the changes after the release of admit then changing or editing is not at possible during pet counselling , because it will be highly unfair for all the students.

Congratulations on your success in PESSAT 2021. With the mentioned rank, there are no chances of getting CSE at PES University as the previous closing ranks are between 800-1000. Even getting ECE, EEE would be tough but you have good chances Civil and mechanical engineering.

No site or PESSAT office websit give the last year cutoff so we check where you get the seat or not .

CSE - Closing rank 920; ECE - Closing rank somewhere around 1500. according to some student i get last year cutoff.

The Candidates who get the rank between 1 and 1500 will be called first.

The candidates who get the rank between 1501 and 2500 will be called the second time
The candidates who get the rank Between 2501 and 3750 will be called the third time
The candidates who get the rank between 3751 and 5000 will be called the fourth time
Candidates who have the rank of more than 5000 will be called for 2nd counselling which be held at the end of June and July Maybe.

The counselling fee of rupees 10000 is not refundable but will be adjusted to account if you accept a seat at institution. Talking about the fee, it is definitely on higher side but if you work hard, there are no shortage of opportunities at PES as it is known all over the country for its amazing packages.

As you have mentioned that you have got 2.5k rank in pessat 2021 so let me tell you that you stanbd fair chances in grabbing a cse seat in pes university.

But it may vary depending upon certain factors like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.

For counselling you need to check the website of pessat about the dates of registration and choice filling and accordingly you need to apply for it.
