how many times i can give nest and iat exam after 12

Taabia Fathima 3rd Sep, 2025

Hey:)

Thanks for reaching out!

You can attempt the NEST exam multiple times since there's no fixed limit on the number of attempts, as long as you meet the eligibility criteria for that particular year. On the other hand, the IISER Aptitude test (IAT) allows a maximum of three attempts in consecutive years after your class 12th. Both exams are conducted once a year,so, stay updated on eligibility rules and make the best use of the opportunity.

Hope this helps!

Are there any chances of me for getting into niser if I got a merit list rank of 1713 in general category in nest 2025

Simran Vohra 22nd Jul, 2025

Hello!

So according to your rank that is 1713 in NEST you chances of getting NISER is very difficult because the cutt off of general category usually closed at 1000 rank and seats are very limited,  You rank 1713 is above that. You can try for other institutes that accept low rank if you are open to other options.

I need biotechnology btech with pcb stream Exams I hav attempted neet,IISER,nest, cuet

lisa 1st Jul, 2025

Yes, with a PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) background, you can pursue a B.Tech in Biotechnology, especially if you've taken relevant entrance exams like NEST, CUET, or have appeared for NEET. While some B.Tech programs may require Mathematics as a core subject, many universities offer programs that accommodate PCB students, either through specific tracks or by providing bridging courses in Mathematics during the first year.

How can I calculate my polycet rank card with marks

Poludasari Akhila 5th Aug, 2025

You can predict your AP POLYCET rank by using the marks vs rank table on Careers360. For example, scoring between 115 and 120 marks may give you a rank between 1 and 20. If you score 110 to 115, your rank might be 21 to 100. Similarly, 100 to 105 marks roughly equals rank 200 to 1000, and 90 to 100 marks may give rank around 1000 to 2000  . Careers360 also offers a COLLEGE PREDICTOR tool where you can enter your estimated marks and category details to see which colleges and branches are likely for you  . This helps plan counselling choices and know realistic seat options.

Kishan Bhakat 5th May, 2025

Hello!

Yes, you are eligible to appear for NEET .

As per NEET eligibility criteria:

  • You need a minimum of 50% marks in PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) for General category,

  • 40% for SC/ST/OBC categories,

  • And 45% for PWD (General-PH) candidates.

Since you scored 58.6% in PCB , you meet the required subject criteria. Your overall percentage (69.33%) is also acceptable.
