you have not mentioned the course in which you are interested in.For Admission B.tech a candidate must have 10+2 in regular mode with atleast 60% aggregate in Maths , Physics and chemistry.
For admission in LLB a candidate must have passed 10+2 ot its equivalent with atleast 45%. For admission in B.Sc LLB a candidate must have passed 10+2 with science stream with atleast 45% from a recognised board or university.There is no age limit.
So, if you are seeking admission in B.tech then you are not eligible.If you are seeking admission in LLB then you are eligible.

The closing rank for B.Tech in KIITEE in 2019 was 26984. As you have mentioned that your category rank is 1353,then, you AIR must be between 5000 to 8000. In 2015, the AIR cutoff for CSE was 5044, while in 2019 it was 5356. So, it would be helpful if you provide your AIR. But, let me tell you that the cut-offs change every year. There are approximately 700 seats for CS. So, if you have a rank between 5000-6000 i.e., AIR less than 6000 will help you get a seat. You will have high chances then.

see right now you need to practice and practice and revision the old syllabus, due to covid 19 pandemic many of the exams are delayed as well as jee main, so please use this time for your preparation, follow any good books or text books for concepts then use arihant or tata macgraw books or ncert books for mcq solving. if you make yourself dedicated this time you will surely get success.
