Hello Nameera,
Jamia Milia Islamia has a separate reservation for muslim(obc) and muslim woman quota, so you can apply under only ONE reserved category. If you are applying for OBC, then you need to present the OBC certificate issued by the central government. The reservation division for muslim candidates are:
1.30% of the total number of seats in each Program are reserved for Muslim applicants.
2.10% of the total number of seats in each Program are reserved for Women applicants who are Muslims.
3.10% of the total number of seats in each Program are reserved for “Other Backward Classes” (OBCs) and Scheduled Tribes you are Muslim.
Further Jamia has an excellent UG program for Psychology with a brilliant staff so in my opinion, you have made a great decision. Good luck!
It would be tough to provide you the previous year papers of BA in Mass Communication as officially it is not available, You can try the near by book store if it is available there.

Admission in bsc biotech is based on the entrance exam so Considering this year's competition level, cutoff will surely go high so if your General rank is under 200 (Calculate accordingly for reserved categories) ,you have ample amount of chance of selection. But if you're in 200+ range, keep an eye on upcoming waiting lists & spot registration notice.
All the best.
