The cutoff marks for Muslim OBC is 133. And you have scored more than 55%(minimum required for eligibility) in 12th standards. So yes you do have a decent chance of seeking admission in JMI.

No their is no exam center in Andhra Prasdesh. List of JMI exam center are:
Calicut, lucknow, patna, delhi, Guwahati, Sinagar and Kolkata
You will have to select the city where you want to appear for the entrance test in JMI 2019 mass communication application form

JMI 2019 Entrance Examination forms the basis of admission for the aspirants of BA LLB, BBA, BA. Hons English, BA. Hons Economics, B.Com Hons, B.Sc, B.Sc Biotechnology, B.Sc Hons. Physics, B.Sc Hons. Chemistry and B.Sc Hons.Mathematics. Candidates willing to apply for these courses will have to register themselves with the entrance test portal on the JMI website and fill up the application form when available. JMI has released the application forms on March 14, 2019. The last date of submitting application forms is April 12, 2019.

In order to get admission in JMI the eligibility criteria is that the candidate should have passed 12th or equivqlent from recognised board. He must passed exam with physics, chemistry, mathematics as main subjects respectively. He must passed exam with minimum score of 55% in PCM. So as per criteria you are not qualified fpr admission due to less percent in PCM.
