For jmi mass communication entrance exam , there is a correction window from April 13 2019 to April 15 2019 , try changing your exam centre now and if it doesn't work I would suggest you to mail them stating your problem and request for a humble solution. There are some condition you must know about photo uploading to any online form are:

• Most likely the size of the photo is too small. Your photo must be at least 100kb in size or it can be of any size as they demand for it.
• It might be your photo is not a JPEG, PNG or GIF.As they may ask for a particular extension photo to be upload

So, here I would suggest you to to form and collect information about size or format the ask for.

The admit card of Jamia Millia Islamia  is issued in the month of  April 2019. You get an Sms on your registered e-mail id regarding the issuance of it. Then only you can download it and you can download it from the University website.... Just check your email.....
